These terms and conditions (T&Cs) define the terms applicable to services provided by Seckhmet, a solution operated by ORHUS, located at 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris. By subscribing to the service, the CLIENT acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
The CLIENT declares and guarantees that they own the CLIENT SITE or have written authorization from the owner to use Seckhmet’s services. ORHUS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services in case of fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use. The CLIENT agrees to indemnify ORHUS against any claims, disputes, or damages resulting from non-compliant use.
Seckhmet prohibits scanning internal networks, private IP addresses, government services, or any targets that would violate French or European law. Attempting to bypass these restrictions will result in immediate termination of access.
Seckhmet commits to taking all reasonable steps to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. ORHUS cannot be held liable for downtimes due to maintenance or technical issues.
Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes. Payment is due upon ordering unless otherwise agreed. Delays in payment will result in suspension of services.
The CLIENT does not acquire any intellectual or commercial ownership of tools, scripts, methodologies, or reports produced by Seckhmet. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. Report sharing with third parties requires prior written approval from ORHUS.
Data processing is performed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). See our privacy policy. ORHUS implements technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, confidentiality, and integrity. In the event of a data breach, ORHUS will notify the CLIENT within 72 hours, along with a report and corrective measures. Upon service termination, all collected data will be deleted unless legally required otherwise.
ORHUS does not outsource any service without prior notice to the CLIENT. In the case of subcontracting, ORHUS ensures the GDPR compliance of the provider.
ORHUS cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from service usage, especially in case of malicious exploitation of results by the CLIENT. The CLIENT is solely responsible for how they use information provided by Seckhmet.
Any complaints regarding the service must be submitted within 15 days of the event. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.
These T&Cs take effect as of 01/03/2025 and apply to any order or service renewal from that date onward.
